Welcome to ResQ. We aim to provide our customers with transparent and efficient shipping services. Please review the following details to understand how we handle the shipping process, delivery timelines, and other related aspects.


Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or during weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation:
    Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please ensure all your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout to avoid any delays.


Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size of your order, and delivery location. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
    • Charges: INR 50 (or as displayed at checkout)

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    • Charges: INR 100 (or as displayed at checkout)

  • Overnight Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
    • Charges: INR 200 (or as displayed at checkout)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and external circumstances, such as carrier delays or holidays.


Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping:
    We currently ship within India to all major cities, towns, and rural areas.

  • International Shipping:
    At this time, Mumma Care does not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our services to cater to international customers in the near future.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to track your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 hours of shipment.

To track your order, visit the carrier’s website and input the tracking number provided. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our support team at shop.getresq@gmail.com.


Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, certain factors such as remote locations, weather conditions, or carrier delays may impact the timeline.

  • Delays:
    If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside India.
  • Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regional regulations. These restrictions will be communicated during checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price shown during checkout. Customers will not be charged additional fees at the time of delivery.


Damages or Missing Items

Mumma Care takes every precaution to ensure your items are shipped safely. However, we are not responsible for damages or losses that occur during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item(s).
  2. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  3. Notify us at shop.getresq@gmail.com with the claim details for further assistance.

Returns and Refunds for Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or undelivered, we will work closely with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on requesting refunds for orders impacted by shipping problems.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
