At ResQ, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.


3-Day Return Policy

You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be damaged, defective, or spoiled upon delivery.
  • Returns are not accepted for dislike, change of mind, or non-defect reasons.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
  • valid unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the parcel being opened for the first time.
  • Returns will NOT be accepted without an unboxing video.
  • If no unboxing video is provided, approval of the return will be at the sole discretion of ResQ.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at shop.getresq@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • If your return request is approved, we will share the return instructions and return address.
  • Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Important Fees & Conditions

  • COD orders: A ₹120 service fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Prepaid orders: A ₹80 service fee will be deducted.
  • Reverse shipping charges for returns must be borne by the customer.
  • For replacements, reverse shipping charges will not be applied.

Additional Logistics & RTO Conditions

  • If an order has been dispatched and the customer did not receive it for any reason and wants it shipped again, a shipping fee of ₹120–₹200 will be charged depending on the delivery zone.

     

  • If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to customer non-receipt and the order was prepaid, and the customer requests a refund:

    • A shipping deduction of ₹120–₹200 (based on delivery zone) will apply.

    • The remaining amount will be refunded.


Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, first request a return for the eligible product. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at shop.getresq@gmail.com.

Policy Updates & Seller Rights

ResQ reserves the right to:

  • Determine the eligibility of all return or replacement requests.
  • Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
